I met with Lauren and Kaia on what turned out to be a very chilly and windy afternoon in Winter Park.  The girls were fantastic and you would never think they were cold at all.  Here are some of my favorites from our session at Kraft Azalea park.

I met with the Riva family back in December on a beautiful morning full of sunshine.   Here are some of my favorites from their session.

It is time for Valentine Mini Sessions!  I am very excited to announce that they will be on February 2nd, 2013.  This will be a styled mini session held at an Orlando field location.  The theme will be a shabby vintage Valentine’s and there will be props available.  The available time slots are 3:00, 3:30, 4:00, and 4:30pm.  I will open morning sessions too if needed.

The mini sessions will include 10 digital files sent to you through an emailed link for you to download to your computer.  In addition these Valentine Mini’s will include 6 wallet sized card files for you to print up for Valentine’s Day.  You will be able to add on a CD of the images from your mini session for an additional $10.  I will only be holding mini sessions on limited dates this year and only on dates that I have designated specifically for mini sessions.

This is a photo session that is very close to my  heart.  The emotions and tears were overflowing while we were documenting this important story.  This is the story of my niece, Madison.  She has fought a very hard battle in what should have been a very innocent and carefree time of her life.  She should have never needed to worry about cancer at the age of 14, but that became an everyday word for her overnight.

Today Madison got the news that she is cancer free and she is ready to tell the world.  It is a miraculous day and we are all celebrating.  We took these photos back in April of last year.  That was when she got the first word that she was in remission.  We were all so happy, but right after that she had a few scares.  Every time she gets sick her immune system has to fight incredibly hard even for a simple cold.  Every spot that shows up has to immediately be checked.  With the good news today Madison is ready to share this important day.  I was so honored to be a part of her journey.

Here is Madison’s story.

Every year we go to my mom’s house for our traditional Polish Christmas Eve dinner.  We always spend the day getting the house ready for Christmas and then I get my girls ready for our evening.  We wait for my husband to get home for work so we can leave for Grandma and Grandpa’s and then we sing carols along the way with the Christmas radio station.  This year we filled some of our time waiting for daddy playing with the new puppy outside.  Of course that was the perfect time to get my camera out and get some memories of my girls.

Here are some of our memories waiting anxiously for Christmas to start.  I love capturing the little things.  The simple moments that could be forgotten to easily.
